The Signet Inspection Group team recently traveled to El Dorado Hills, California to conduct a commercial building inspection of the 18,046 sq. ft. Golden Center Plaza shopping center. The shopping center is home to numerous businesses which included four popular restaurants. The key to this inspection was to get in and out of the restaurants before the lunch crowd arrived which we were able to do in short order. Also included in this commercial building inspection was a roof system that included thermoplastic membranes, composition shingles and metal standing seam materials. The roof was mounted and inspected with inaccessible areas inspected with our drone by our FAA certified drone pilot.
