Cole Temple,  President/Owner -ext 102

Cole, President/owner of Signet Home Inspections and lead inspector has always had an aptitude for building, discovering how things work and fixing them when they break. Cole is also a certified auto body technician and from his classic 1971 Chevy truck rebuilt from the ground up, to the custom furniture built for his house and structure built for his property, Cole has inspected over 2,000 residential and commercial buildings and his passion and experience for all things building makes him the ideal home inspector. In his spare time, Cole is an avid bodybuilder and enjoys building furniture, gardening, cooking and golfing.

Cole is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector with a commitment to continuing education and has excelled on all qualifying inspection exams. He is also trained and InterNACHI certified in a number of specialty areas including:

Chelsea Horan, Office Manager -ext 104

Chelsea is our Office Manager who is able to work at home which allows her to not only run our busy office and all that entails, but to also to care for our new baby girl “Charlie” who luckily has proven to be an easy keeper. She has a great attention to detail and has worked in customer service for over 20 years, which makes her a great addition to our team of professionals.
