The most commonly performed inspection done by Signet Home Inspections is the Buyer’s Comprehensive Home Inspection. Hiring a highly qualified professional and certified home inspector to review the property you are considering purchasing is probably the best insurance policy for what could very well represent one of your biggest investments.

We at Signet Home Inspections are proud to be certified by the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), one of the most respected home inspector organizations in the world. Home inspectors certified by InterNACHI are required to abide by Standards of Practice and a Code of Ethics that assures you the buyer of the highest level of professionalism available today. This coupled with InterNACHI’s inspector oversight and continuing educational requirements which rank among the most stringent in the industry, assures that you are getting the best trained and vetted professional home inspector the industry has to offer.

At Signet Home Inspections, we provide you with an honest, factual and non-biased report on the property being considered (See Sample Report). After completing the actual home inspection, we create a Home Inspection Report and even though we consider our reports to be among the industry’s best in showing detail, we also encourage you to attend a post-inspection walk-through of the property with us if at all possible. Since we don’t use a “canned” report template our reports tend to be more specific to your actual house, more in-depth in its information, and we also include “detail” images of areas a homeowner may never access like the roof, attic and crawlspace. For these reasons our reports tend to take more time to compile, are generally longer than most, and are normally available to you online within 48 hours of the inspection (not including weekends) complete with comments, discussion, recommendations and digital photographs.

After you have reviewed this home inspection report which is held in confidentiality between you and Signet Home Inspections, we make ourselves available to go over the entire report so that you understand all that is contained within it. It is your decision to release this report to any other parties either in hard copy or by allowing others to access your report online.

We also realize that time is critical factor in most residential real estate transactions and as such, we at Signet Home Inspections will do everything within our power to accommodate the inspection date and time of your choosing.

We are confident your decision to work with us will be both relaxing and enjoyable as well as informative in its breath of information.
